Difference in Time

Hi Guys,

I want to show difference in time in a Deski documnet. Time is as below:

ex

Column 1: 18th Jul 2011 23:50

Column 2: 19th Jul 2011 00:25

I want to show the difference in minutes. Please can you advise.
