I am a BOXI user at a UK local authority. We are currently using BOXI R2, but are due to upgrade to R3 in November. Does anyone have any information of the differences between R2 and R3? I have had a look on the internet, but it is mostly technical information about the administration and management system. As a front line user, I am more interested in how it looks and works on a pretty basic level!
Secondly, does anyone know if a new BOXI licence includes Webi as well as Deski? Our IT people have said that the licence seems to imply we could have either, but we (the users) were under the impression we were just getting Deski.
Any help would be much appreciated.
