XI 3.1 - DeskI - Exception: CS, Job already in use (DA00003)

Hi,

We have recently migrated to XI 3.1 on MS win platform.

When refreshing a DeskI report, which consumes a high volume data, DA00003 error message pops up and the refresh fails in DeskI application. This same report fails with 'You interrupted the query...' error when we schedule this through Infoview.

We are using Tomcat/Oracle.

Does anybody know how to fix this problem?
