Hi guys, have someone come up with this problem before?
A deski report that is scheduled to be printed in a printer doesnt get printed following the printer's settings.
The printer setting is set to duplex so page 1 of the report gets printed in the front of the sheet of paper and page 2 gets printed in the back. It works perfectly when the Deski report is printed from Desktop Intelligence. I just have to set the default printer settings in the Desktop Report , I save it and it works.
But it doesnt work when the same report is scheduled. Page 1 gets printed in the front of a sheet of paper then Page 2 gets printed in another one sheet of paper, not in the back.
Why does this happen ? Is any workaround I could apply?
I looked in SAP Notes but there's nothing to solve this.
Please help!!!!
