Client environment - BI 4, SP2 Patch-14
Issue : We have a default email id (no-reply) set up in the AJS (Destination) and the SMTPFrom is set to false in the Config file. The behavior that is being observed is
- When i login as admin and schedule a report to be emailed, the from field is disabled (as it should be) and i email the report to a few users. The users get the email with the From address in the email pointing to the default email id (no-reply) set in the AJS.
- Now when i login using my user id and schedule a report to be emailed, the from field is disabled (as it should be) and i email the report to a few users. The users get the email with the From address in the email pointing to my user email id.
What do i need to do to make the from email id in the email use the default emai id (no-reply) in the 2nd case mentioned above?
