Hi. How can I trace the origin of the following error that is happening with some particular reports that are accessed from InfoView:
"Invalid Session. Please close your broser and logon again (WIS 00013)" .
- We´re not using restrictions at Universe level.
- The settings for Timeout have been increased (following what is in SAP notes).
- It only happens with some reports from some Universes
- It happens as soon as you log in and try to refresh the report.
- Reports run fine from Desktop Intelligence. Error only happens from InfoView.
- BusinessObejcts Version XI 3.1 sp5 fp 5.3.
Somewhere I read that it maybe because "your query is returning a huge number of rows and your Webi Service is running out of memory to handle it. Try to give a limit to the number of rows fetched in the query properties say to 100 and then restart ur SIA and run the report again." Except that I´m not using Webi, I´m using Desktop Intelligence.
Anyway, where would I check if Deski services are running out of memory?
Is there an easy way I can trace the error to the root of it? How?
